PUBLIC TRAINING MATERIALS
https://workshop.jrcesg.com/training
The training page provides the PPTX, HTML companion and ZIP bundle. Do not place invitation codes or collection tokens in public training materials.

PARTICIPANT ACCESS
Participants use the full invitation link or access code supplied by the JRC facilitator. No ChatGPT account or login is required. The bare /priority and /readiness URLs printed in the slides are landing pages and need the invitation link or code to enter the workshop.

OWNER / FACILITATOR WORKFLOW
1. The owner signs in at https://workshop.jrcesg.com/admin. This page is owner-only; participants do not use it.
2. Set up the workshop and supply the full invitation links or codes. JRC reviews recipients and manually sends the invitation. No email is sent automatically.
3. After Survey 1, the facilitator confirms exactly five activities for the data discussion and records the emissions-relevance review. Survey 2 opens only after both steps. Relevant sources outside those five remain in the inventory coverage plan.
4. Propose the activities, sites, period, methods, owners, deadlines and wider inventory coverage plan to management.
5. Record the actual management approval in /admin before issuing any operational collection request. A proposal or pending decision is not approval.
6. Issue an individual scoped /collection link to each intended PIC and manually send the approved request. These links need no ChatGPT login, expire after 90 days and can be revoked. Do not forward them or put them in shared training slides.

TEMPLATES AND EMAIL DRAFTS
The templates folder contains ten CSV files: participant roster, relevance register, data readiness register, management decision record, materials, transport, waste, commuting and sold-building collection templates, plus a field dictionary.

The two email text files are drafts. Fill in approved recipients, full invitation or collection link, date, venue, scope, reporting period and due dates before sending. No emails were sent as part of preparing this kit.

Training calculations and quadrant positions are illustrative. They are not Matrix measurements or recommended emissions factors. Existing Matrix FY2026 disclosures are cited separately.

Use participant scoring as one input to prioritisation. The relevance review and reporting requirements govern inclusion and exclusions. A site pilot does not represent a full Group inventory.
