Workshop data notice

Purpose and access

These forms support the JRC–Matrix Scope 3 workshop, preparation of a management proposal and approved data collection. Participants use invitation links without a ChatGPT account. Responses and supporting files are stored centrally in the Site’s database and file storage. Only the authorised JRC facilitator can view and export them.

Information requested

The surveys request a role, business unit, reporting period and activity ratings; your name is optional. Approved data requests identify the PIC and request specific records. Do not provide employee identifiers, unrelated personal information or documents you are not authorised to share. Use aggregated commuting information and redacted sample records.

Corrections, withdrawal and retention

Contact the JRC workshop organiser through your existing invitation or business contact, quoting the response receipt, to request a correction or withdrawal. The workshop organiser must agree a retention period with Matrix before collecting production records. No retention period or management approval has been assumed here.

Links and files

Keep individual collection links with the intended PIC. They expire after 90 days and can be revoked sooner. Supporting files are downloaded by the facilitator as attachments, not published for other participants. There is no public results page.
